We have been gobbling down on sugar, carbohydrates (refined) and not to mention, industrial oils, without any concerns for our health. And we also have added physical activity and smoking to that list too leading to premature death along with a host of chronic diseases.
The truth is that chronic diseases are not possible to be solved by conventional medicine anymore since the percentage of overmedications has been too high to measure. Frankly, the drugs prescribed are the culprit and has been one of the main causes of death, next to heart disease and cancer globally. Despite this, many prescriptions (NHS) are still handed out each year.
But there is good news too. You can reduce the chances of the risk of diseases if you are willing to make changes in your diet; and if you do so, you won’t be in need of any medications or prescriptions. You can also reduce the risk of disease by adding a superior time efficient way of exercise in your week routine (like high-intensity resistance training) for example to reverse and prevent the disease process.
Remember to cut out the sugar and other types of carbohydrates from your diet and you will see that the blood sugar will improve a lot. Also, do try to include a lot of green vegetables along with whole and real food, and you will see that you will be maintaining a healthy lifestyle without any worry for diseases.
