Private Clinical

We are not a gym. When you come to Intense Health, you train in a private studio, one-on-one with your skilled personal trainer.

 The Private Chamber is temperature-controlled with no music, no TV, no distractions ensuring that you get the most out of each and every session.

Science backed. Various studies have showed supervised (one-on-one) training to be far more effective that any group training option.
