SKINNY FAT IS NO LESS WORSE THAN OBESITY

Among the five people that you will meet in the way, you will find that out of them, four of them have diabetes. It is a fact which needs to be taken into consideration; that one in two people are suffering from diabetes as well as obesity. It should be known that being overweight or obese can promote a varied number of diseases ranging from stroke to cancer and not to mention, depression which can diminish the quality of your life.

It should be noted that the two – diabetes and obesity – can be suffered by any people, no matter whether they are lean or overweight. Another term ‘skinny fat’ includes those people who are neither lean nor fat; even they can suffer from diabesity (obesity plus diabetes) as they will have just a little extra fat around their waistline.

The skinny fat people will appear to be thin but will have the symptoms of diabetes on the inside. They may eat whatever they want, but will appear pale and not mention, look tired and haggard. They may not be overweight on the outside, but it needs to be pointed out that are bound to suffer the same consequences as their obese counterparts.

It is these ‘skinny fat’ people that need to worry more about their health as the very less fat that they carry around their waistline is hidden in the white fat wrapped around their vital organs; and this fat only sends warning chemical signals leading to insulin resistance, diabetes as well as heart conditions.

Till now, there are no health guidelines and approved medications on this topic, as there are only treatments for full-blown diabetes. But yes, hope is not completely lost. You just need to maintain a healthy plus a nutritious lifestyle which will help you to maintain an ideal weight by focusing on real and healthy foods.

And don’t forget about proper exercise, yes high intensity progressive resistance training done properly it is an effective, efficient and safe tool to improve the function of your skeletal muscle system making all the other sub systems of your body (respiratory/cardiovascular/endocrine) up-regulating to support the metabolic advanced organism that you are creating. Understanding once and for all that lifting weights isn’t just for big muscles will increase your chances of adopting a protocol of training that will deliver the results in overall health and function ability.

Train smart (HIT & HIIT) and eat real food, experience the benefits and results and you will maintain this strategy as a lifestyle and enjoy life at optimum health forever.
